The training programme involves incorporating the information and processes from The CSI Toolkit with practical application.
The focus will be on the project process from identifying a project to exiting, incorporating planning and managing of projects through the use of case studies. Additional information from The CSI Toolkit around partnerships, impact, communicating, social facilitation and capacity building will feed into the training workshop.
You will gain an excellent understanding of The CSI Process from Identifying projects right through to exiting
